Philip trained with a large, regional practice based in the Home Counties before he began working with a highly respected litigation practice in the City of London that specialises in human rights and complex group litigation, often with an international aspect.
Philip has continued that experience with his cases often involving assets overseas. Philip’s recent cases have involved assets and individuals across the globe, from as far afield as New Zealand, Argentina, Sweden and Uruguay.
Philip regularly represents clients in cases involving complex business structures, in cases where assets or income are substantial.
Philip is a member of Resolution and believes that a non-adversarial approach should be used where possible, in order to achieve successful resolutions for clients. Philip is an accomplished advocate with significant experience in Court, appreciating how emotional and stressful it often can be for clients to go through this process.
Philip has also authored several articles in local and national publications, including the Solicitors Journal, Herts Balance and Northampton C&E.
