Philip trained with a large, regional practice based in the Home Counties, before he began working with a highly respected litigation practice in the City of London, specialising in complex group litigation, often with an international angle in the High Court.
Philip has continued to build on that experience as a family solicitor, with his cases often involving assets or parties overseas. Philip’s recent cases have involved assets and individuals across the globe, from as far afield as New Zealand, Argentina, Turkey and the Philippines.
Philip regularly represents clients in cases involving complex business structures and in cases where assets or income values are significant. Philip also continues to be instructed by a number of serving and former armed services personnel.
Philip is a member of Resolution and believes that a non-adversarial approach should be used where possible, in order to achieve successful resolutions for clients. Philip is an accomplished advocate with significant experience in Court, appreciating how emotional and stressful it often can be for clients to go through this process.
Philip has also authored several articles in local and national publications, including the Solicitors Journal, Herts Balance and Northampton C&E.
